THIS AGREEMENT, dated June, 12th 2021, is entered into amongst the following individuals constituting all of the current shareholders of Pied Piper (“Corporation”):
Gavin Belson, Hooli Corp, Menlo Park, CA, US
Erlich Bachman, Palo Alto, CA, US
Peter Gregory
(referred to collectively as “Shareholders” and individually as “Shareholder”) and Corporation.
Article 1 – Purpose of Agreement
1.1 The Shareholders are all the shareholders of the Corporation, a Delaware corporation and are the sole Directors and Officers of the Corporation.
